Musculoskeletal injuries and conditions causing pain are sometimes treated with this medication. Soma blocks nerve impulses sent to
the brain. It is a muscle relaxant. Soma is used in conjunction with rest and physical therapy.
Taking Soma
Take with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless
otherwise directed by your doctor.
Take exactly as directed.
If you do not understand something, please consult your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse.
If you miss a dose, do not take another to catch up. Take as soon as you remember unless it is near time for your next does. Then just skip that does and resume your schedule as prescribed.
Storing
Store away from moisture and heat at room temperature (approximately 59 and 86 degrees F or 15 to 30 degrees C).
